Shipping Policy

All orders ship via USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed Monday through Friday after 1PM ET will begin processing the next day, excluding holidays.

Orders placed after 1PM ET on Friday will begin processing the following Monday, excluding holidays.

A representative from Gallery Lespes will contact you with a follow-up email if the item you selected is not available at the time of order processing.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY

A return request may be submitted within 7 days of delivery for eligible, unworn merchandise. Made-to-order jewelry, Final Sale items, gift cards, merchandise credits and shipping fees are not eligible.

All returns will be refunded to the original method of payment on your order. For applicable returns, a merchandise credit will be issued.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To request a return, complete the following steps:

1. Enter a return reason code next to the style(s) you are returning on the packing slip included in your original shipment.

2. Include the packing slip with the completed return portion, along with your unworn merchandise and place securely in the original packaging.
